THE EXPERT HAS ARRIVED!

After months of revising and refining her techniques, our hard-working Style Director Lauren Roads has completed her studies to earn her the industry renowned title ‘Master Colour Expert’.

Lauren’s journey with G&M started when she was just 14 years old, working as a Saturday girl. Her interests in hair grew the more she was surrounded by the creativity of our Salon. Techniques in colour caught her attention and she pursued this ambition by becoming a multi-talented colourist. Now, at 22 Lauren has reached the next milestone in her career. Whilst studying for her Master Colour Programme she also worked at Balayage Queen Samantha Cusick’s Salon in Notting Hill gaining an urban insight into colouring techniques.

Offering bespoke consultations, Lauren will focus on all aspects of colouring and cutting. Giving you personal advice on what suits your skin tone, hair colour and home care. Lauren will Personalise your colour to enhance your hair style, your natural hair colour, gently cover greys, or create an amazing new look!
