If you are looking for a thoughtful and delicious gift for your Valentine, we have created a wonderful take-away Chocolate Treat Box full of fabulous chocolate goodies from our very own Cafe 67 in Amersham.
Your box - which will include a personalised message to your loved one from you - will be available for collection from Cafe 67 on Sunday 13th February.
All you need to do is complete the order form below no later than February 8th. We will call you to take payment after you have placed your order, and will have your Chocolate Treat Box ready for you to pick up at your allotted time.

Please note: Food should be consumed on the day of purchase and preferably within 2 hours of pick up. If food is to be eaten later, it needs to be placed into a fridge straight away. We will also include a note inside your box with details of ingredients.
